Upgrading & Downgrading Plans

Upgrading & Downgrading Plans

You can change your plan at any time from the pricing page.

Upgrading

  1. Go to Plans & pricing from the profile menu
  2. Select a higher-tier plan
  3. Complete the checkout process (powered by Polar)
  4. Your new plan takes effect immediately
  5. Any monitors that were auto-paused due to limits are automatically re-enabled

After upgrading, you'll see a green success banner on the dashboard.

Downgrading

When you downgrade to a plan with a lower monitor limit:

  1. A confirmation modal explains what will happen
  2. If you have more active monitors than the new plan allows, excess monitors are automatically paused
  3. Paused-by-system monitors show a "Limit reached" badge
  4. You cannot manually unpause system-paused monitors — you must upgrade or delete other monitors first

What Gets Paused

  • The most recently created monitors are paused first
  • Paused monitors retain all their historical data
  • They simply stop performing checks until re-enabled

Re-enabling Paused Monitors

To get paused monitors back:

  • Upgrade to a plan with a higher limit (they auto-resume), or
  • Delete other monitors to free up slots, then contact support
