Adding Multiple Alert Email Addresses

You can send alerts to multiple people — up to 5 email addresses per monitor.

How It Works

• Your account email is always included and cannot be removed (shown with a "default" badge)
• You can add up to 4 additional email addresses per monitor
• All addresses receive both downtime and recovery alerts simultaneously

Adding an Email Address

1. Open the monitor's detail page
2. Click the Settings tab
3. Scroll to the Alert Email Addresses section
4. Type the email address in the input field
5. Click Add (or press Enter)

The email is saved immediately — no separate save button needed.

Removing an Email Address

Click the X button next to any additional email address to remove it. The change is saved automatically.

Important Notes

• Each email receives its own individual alert (not CC/BCC) for better deliverability
• Duplicate emails are prevented — you can't add the same address twice
• Your account email cannot be removed from the list
• Email format is validated before adding
